Staff Mobility for Teaching
Teaching and research staff members who wish to undertake a one‑week teaching visit at Utenos kolegija / Higher Education Institution (HEI) must represent a higher education institution holding a valid Erasmus+ Charter for Higher Education and an active inter‑institutional agreement with our institution.
The teaching component of the mobility must include at least 8 teaching hours, in accordance with Erasmus+ requirements. The final programme, including teaching content, schedule, and learning outcomes, will be formalised in the Mobility Agreement for Teaching.
Application Procedure

Contact the International Relations Office or mobility coordinator at your home institution to confirm Erasmus+ funding availability.

Contact the relevant academic department or the International Relations Office at Utenos kolegija / HEI to discuss the proposed timing and academic content of your visit.
Submit the completed Mobility Agreement for Teaching to the Mobility Coordinator at Utenos kolegija / HEI for approval.
Staff Mobility for Training
Utenos kolegija / HEI welcomes academic and administrative staff members seeking to participate in training mobility activities aimed at professional development, exchange of best practices, familiarisation with different educational systems, visits to clinical placement partners, and international networking.
Application Procedure

Contact the International Relations Office or mobility coordinator at your home institution to confirm whether Erasmus+ grant funding is available.

Contact the International Relations Office at Utenos kolegija / HEI to discuss the timing, objectives, and content of your planned training activities.

Submit the Mobility Agreement for Training to the Mobility Coordinator at Utenos kolegija / HEI for formal approval.
Staff members are also encouraged to consider participating in the annual International Week, which offers structured opportunities for training, networking, and institutional exchange.
