The Study Quality Committee participates in the implementation and improvement of Utena UAS governance processes, which is responsible for the implementation of the Utena UAS Study Quality Management System, and systematic coordination of study quality assessment, monitoring and improvement procedures. The Committee was formed 15 January 2019 by the order No V-24 of the Rector and operates under the operational rules approved by the order No V-60 of 18 February 2019 of the Rector.
According to Article 5 of these Rules, the Committee consists of 13 members: administration of the Faculties and Utena UAS, Career and Communication Department staff, students' representatives, one from each faculty (i. e., 2 students). Students are nominated to this Committee by the Students' Representation. Thus, students are also represented on this Committee as one of the key stakeholders.
