Staff Mobility
Who can participate?
Teaching staff from higher education institutions (HEI) from EU Member States and third countries associated with the Programme and higher education institutions in third countries not associated to the Programme, who have valid Bilateral Agreements (BA) signed with Utenos kolegija/ HEI.
