To study in Lithuania, you need:

A Temporary Residence Permit is a document that grants a foreigner the right to reside temporarily in the Republic of Lithuania for a period specified in the permit. You must apply for a National visa (D) before you come to Lithuania and for a Temporary Residence Permit after you arrive.

You can apply for the visa at a visa centre or the embassy of the Republic of Lithuania. If there is no legal representation of the Republic of Lithuania in your country, you will have to travel elsewhere, where the Republic of Lithuania is legally represented (http://studyin.lt/faq/).

After we receive the signed learning agreement, admission fee, and other required documents, we will send the number of mediation letters for a Visa or TRP, which are uploaded to the information system (MIGRIS) service portal, by e-mail.

Foreigners coming to study must take care of all documents necessary for the trip and living in the Republic of Lithuania by themselves (passport, temporary or permanent residence permit in Lithuania, health insurance, travel formalities, etc.).
