Professional opportunities:

The graduates will be able to work in the enterprises which provide Beauty services, Beauty Salons, Wellness and SPA centers, Movies and Photo studios, establish specialized individual enterprises, work as face-painters, consultants in the cosmetics stores or beauty business enterprises.

The objective of Beauty Therapy study program is to prepare beauty therapists, professionally capable of autonomously and in a team to provide services cosmetological beauty, health and wellness in the field of self-critical assessment of the practical experience of professional activities, creatively adapt to constant changes in the environment.

After studies, graduates will be able to:

  • assess the client's skin condition based on the functional, aesthetic, age criteria, specifically selecting assessment methods and equipment, according to a history of personal data and the identification of the aesthetic needs of the customer;
  • create short-term and long-term plans for cosmetic procedures, assessment of the condition of the skin and set the individual objective and subjective skin changes;
  • analysis and self-selection cosmetics materials Cosmetology equipment and appliances, according to the client's needs and the nature of the procedures performed;
  • self-made cosmetic procedures and the quality of service, security specialist (beauty, health, wellness areas) and non-specialized areas, in accordance with cosmetic governing documents and regulations, hygiene requirements, the principles of ergonomics;
  • effectively plan, organize cosmetological services and professional practices;
  • organize cosmetic care business, an analysis of the market for cosmetic, cosmetic materials, cosmetic equipment, tools advertising and distribution;
  • communicate and collaborate with beauty care and other areas, customers in the national and international context;
  • collect and organize the data necessary for performance problems, and the use of information resources and information technology;
  • self-learn, creatively adapt to the changing environment, identifying and managing personal change and development needs.
