The acquired professional bachelor degree in Environment Engineering allows the graduate to work in various industrial, utility, private and state enterprises of economic activity, state and local self-governing institutions in the position of an environment engineer/ecologist or other environment protection related positions. After being awarded the professional bachelor degree in Environment Engineering, the graduate is able to work in enterprises of economy activity, state and local municipality institutions as an environment protection engineer, an ecologist or to occupy another position related to environment protection.

Learning outcomes:
1. Know general regularities and laws of nature sciences, mathematics, necessary to understand the fundamental basics of environment protection engineering.
2. Know environmental processes, pollution

Have basic important-in-practice knowledge of environment engineering technologies (water purification and waste water treatment, air pollution decrease, waste treatment and soil protection, the use of renewable energy resources and can apply it solving environment protection problems, applying well-known technologies in practice.
4. Know clean production principles and main prevention measures as well as their application in practical activity.
5. Have fundamentals of legal and economic knowledge, relevant for the environment protection
6. Can choose and perform proper laboratory tests for solving environment protection problems, analyze their findings and submit conclusions.
7. Have work skills with the equipment used for the environment protection tests.
8. Can find legal, technical and scientific information sources relevant for the environment engineering in public and specialized databases.
